All material including any intellectual property displayed on my site, belongs to me, Rachael Thomas. You are not permitted to redistribute any of the content or supply it to third parties.
You may not without prior written permission from me, Rachael Thomas, copy, store, modify or reproduce any of the content.
The prices of items displayed for purchase on my site are exclusive of VAT and Customs Duty.
By purchasing items, you are authorising me, Rachael Thomas to deduct the amount by the payment method provided. I will confirm acceptance of your order by email, stating that the goods ordered have been dispatched. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. If I am unable to fulfil part or all of your order, I will contact you and arrange to refund that amount back to you.
I offer free shipping to Ireland, UK and Europe with tracking of items which is available for most of Europe with exemptions. Shipping costs outside of Europe is €29
I offer free delivery on my large oil and acrylic paintings in Ireland. Shipping costs of large works outside of Ireland, please enquire info@rachaelthomas.ie

If you are not entirely satisfied with an item you can return it to me within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be received in the same perfect resellable condition.

To return your item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs as I do not offer a free returns service.
When returning an item please ensure you get proof of purchase and insurance or trackable shipping.
Refunds will be made within 14 days on receipt of the returned item by the same payment method which you originally used for the transaction.
In the unfortunate event of your item arriving damaged or broken during transit. Please inform me by email info@rachaelthomas.ie and return the damaged item to me and I will make a full refund, including shipping costs incured by you within 14 days of receipt of the returned damaged item.
Unfortunately I do not offer refunds on sale items.
Discount codes are applicable for full price original art only.
I do not offer exchanges on my original artwork.
I have made every effort to ensure the colour of the photographed images shown on my website are as close a match as possible to the original artwork for sale in my shop. Due to the difference in monitor settings and screen resolutions, photographs may not completely represent exact colours of original artwork.
